Meet Jeff

Born and raised in the Northeast, Graduate of Bryant College and a resident of the Lakes Region for 5+ years with his wife and 2 children. An active real estate investor with a comprehensive background in real-estate development and operations management, Jeff started Stay-NH to solve a problem he saw with existing property management options that exists in the property rentals space. Often he would see that many of these companies just cared about the bottom line they would receive by cramming houses full of guests just to increase their own profits rather than protect the clients assets. The goal was to create 1-on-1 partnerships with his rental management firm, and not to just be another number with a forgotten asset. He wanted a firm with an investor mindset, and decided the best way to accomplish this was to do it himself. More than anything Stay-NH is a relationship company where we are an extension of the owner and responsible steward charged with tending to a precious asset and the trust of an owner. Stay-NH strives day in and day out to accomplish stellar results in the rental management space.
