Meet Kyle

Born and raised in Northern New Hampshire, Graduate of Keene State College and a resident of the Lakes Region for 20+ years with his wife and 2 children. An active real estate investor with a family history in development & landlording, as well as a background in technology, Kyle started Stay-NH to solve a problem he saw with the property management options we had available. The focus was not to protect the asset as much as it was to guarantee their own income. He wanted responsive, 1-on-1 partnerships with his rental management firm, and not to just be another number with a forgotten asset. He wanted a firm with an investor mindset, and decided the best way to accomplish this was to do it himself.
