Stay-NH 2023 “My Best STAYcation” Contest Rules and Regulations

Eligibility: The Stay-NH My Best STAYcation Photo Contest (the “My Best STAYcation”) is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Stay-NH and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, and siblings) are not eligible to enter.

How to Enter: To enter, contestants must submit their original photograph to Stay-NH via contest form. The photograph must be the original work of the contestant and must not have been previously published or submitted in any other contest or promotion.

Submission Deadline: All entries must be received by the last day of May, June, July and August to be eligible for the contest. Stay-NH reserves the right to extend the submission deadline in its sole discretion.

Judging: Entries will be judged by a panel of judges selected by Stay-NH in its sole discretion based on the following criteria: (i) creativity, (ii) originality, (iii) composition, and (iv) adherence to the theme of the contest. The judges’ decision is final and binding in all respects.

Prizes: One (1) winner will receive $300 off their next 3+ night stay with Stay-NH to be used within 12 months of winning. Based on inventory of current homes/properties managed during time of booking. No cash or other prize substitution is permitted. The prize is non-transferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. There will be one winner for the month of May, one for the month of June, one for the month of July, and one for the month of August.

Notification of Winners: The winner will be notified via email within 48 hours after the judging is complete. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 48 hours, Stay-NH reserves the right to award the prize to another contestant.

Use of Photographs: By entering the contest, contestants agree to grant Stay-NH a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, create derivative works from, and display their photographs on the web, on social media, and in print, without compensation, notification, or permission. Contestants represent and warrant that they have all necessary rights to grant this license and that their photographs do not infringe on the rights of any third party.

Release: By entering the contest, contestants agree to release and hold harmless Stay-NH, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with the Contest or the use of the prize.

Governing Law: This contest is governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Privacy: Personal information collected from contestants will be used by Stay-NH for the purpose of administering the contest and will not be shared with third parties.

Agreement to Rules: By entering the contest, contestants agree to be bound by these Rules and Regulations.
